Offense Fuels Comeback Sweep Over Augsburg

Concordia scored 26 runs and pounded out 29 hits as they erased multiple-run deficits in a 16-10, 10-9 sweep over Augsburg. CC needed to go to the bottom of the ninth in Game 2 to earn a 10-9 victory. Thomas Horan’s walkoff walk helped the Cobbers gain the sweep after they trailed 6-4 after six innings.

4-Run Innings Rule The Day In Split With Loras

4-run innings ruled the day in the Cobbers’ doubleheader with Loras on Monday. The Duhawks posted a 4-run frame in the first game and won 4-1, and then Concordia returned the favor with a quartet of runs in the fourth inning in the nightcap and won 5-2.
