Concordia posted 1976 Cincinnati Reds-like numbers in their sweep at Hamline. The Cobbers combined to score 31 hits and pound out 34 hits as they won 11-2 and 20-16. CC has now scored at least 10 runs in eight of the past 10 games.

Concordia lost 3-2 and 8-1 at Gustavus in the MIAC opener for the Cobbers. Concordia allowed the game-winning run in the bottom of the sixth in Game 1, and then had the Gusties break open a 3-2 score line with five runs in the fifth and seventh innings of Game 2.

It was a fantastic way to finish off the annual spring trip to Florida. Concordia recorded their first sweep of the season as the beat Hamilton (N.Y.) 4-1 and 4-3. The two wins ups the Cobbers win streak to three games as they make the trek back to Minnesota. CC finishes the Florida season with a 5-7 record.
