Loge Earns MIAC Defensive Player Of The Week Honors

MOORHEAD, Minn. (1/05/26)---Senior Jackson Loge (Morris, Minn.) opened his 2026 calendar year by earning the MIAC Defensive Player of the Week award.
Loge grabbed 12 rebounds in all three of the Cobbers' games last week and finished with four blocks and four steals as he picked up his first conference weekly award this season and second of his career. He was also named the MIAC Defensive Player of the Week last season on Feb. 3.
Loge started his week by scoring eight points and hauling down a dozen rebounds in Concordia's win over Skidmore (N.Y.) in the opening game of the Guilford Holiday Classic. He then added his second 12-rebound game in the championship contest against Guilford. Loge finished the week with a 14-point, 12-rebound performance against St. Scholastica.
The 14 points and 12 rebounds against the Saints which was good for his sixth double-double of the season.
Loge leads the MIAC in rebounds. He is averaging 12.5 rebounds per game which also puts him at the No.5 spot in NCAA Division III.
