Cook collected a team-high nine rebounds and scored 15 points to help Team Cunningham beat Team Raleigh 126-116 in the annual NABC Division III All-Star Game.

Playing in the game that featured the Top 20 players from Division III, Cook went 7-for-15 from the floor and 1-for-2 from outside the arc as he was one of six players on his team to score in double figures.
Cook played 19 minutes in the game as he grabbed nine rebounds which led all 10 players for Team Cunningham (named after former Trinity (Tex.) head coach Pat Cunnigham). His nine boards were second most for any player on both teams and included seven defensive rebounds and two of the offensive variety.
In a game that showcased the offense and had little defensive highlights, Cook was also one of only four players in the entire game to register a block.
