Bio
Ross Uglem rejoins the Cobbers after more than a decade coaching at the high school level. At Oak Grove Lutheran in Fargo, Uglem's Grovers won the 2023 Region 2 Championship and finished as the runners-up at the State Championship after winning State Championships at Oak Grove as both a coach and a player. After his time with the Grovers, Uglem developed and founded GolfNXT, an indoor golf performance center in south Fargo.
After one year at North Dakota State, Uglem played four years of golf for the Cobbers, including a win at the 2009 Cougar Invitational with a career-low collegiate round of 73. He would graduate from Concordia in 2011 with a degree in Communications and a minor in Coaching. Uglem joined the Cobber staff in the summer of 2025 as the assistant to head coach Nathaniel Kahlbaugh.
Uglem lives in Oxbow, North Dakota with his children Berkeley and Rocky.
