New-Look Cobbers Post Lowest 2-Day Total Since 2022
The new-look Cobbers opened the 2025 season by posting their lowest 2-round total since 2022. Concordia started the season-opening St. Benedict with a 357 on Saturday and improved on that score by 11 shots on Day 2 to come away with a final total of 703 which was good for 10th place.

Concordia started the season-opening St. Benedict with a 357 on Saturday and improved on that score by 11 shots on Day 2 to come away with a final total of 703 which was good for 10th place.
The last time Concordia shot under 705 for a tournament was at the St. Kate's Invite on Sept. 25, 2022. To make the future even brighter, the Sunday team score of 346 was one of only three times that CC' has broken 347 since 2019.
First-year athlete Nora Benson was out front for Concordia. She started her collegiate career with a 2-day total of 171, which earned her a tie for 37th place.
Benson fired an 87 on Saturday and came home with an 84. She led the Cobbers in birdies on the weekend.
Junior Addicyn Zimmerman was close on the heels of Benson. Zimmerman also improved from Day 1 to Day 2. She started with an 88 and then bettered that by three strokes to card an 85 and finish at 173.
Madi Ramler and Aubry Zimmerman were the final two members of the Cobber scoring crew.
Like Benson and Addicyn Zimmerman, Ramler cut strokes off of her Day 1 total. She started the year with a 91 and then closed with an 86 to finish at 177.
Audry Zimmerman started her collegiate career on a consistent basis. She posted a 91 on Saturday and had an identical 91 on Sunday.
Concordia will return to the course when they compete in the Tracy Lane Bemidji State Invite on Sept. 8-9.
