Concordia picked up right where they left off at the start of November when they opened their season with back-to-back dual meet. The Cobbers showed no signs of going backwards as they posted multiple season-best times and personal best marks at the Macalester Invite.
Concordia recorded its first dual-meet win in its second event of the weekend. The Cobbers won seven events and beat Hamline 120-98.
Concordia enters the 2022-23 season full of optimism. The reason for the upward trend is the return of all 11 athletes from last year’s team which included a 2-event school record holder, add four first-year swimmers and the Cobbers are ready for the year to start.
There were plenty of fast times, high scores and close races as Concordia opened its 2022-23 season by hosting Minn.-Morris.
