It was déjà vu all over again for the Cobbers at the NCAA North Region Meet. Two weeks after matching their 7th-place finish at the MIAC Championship Meet for a year ago, Concordia duplicated their team place at the region meet by finishing in 18th place.
Senior Emily Rugloski posted her best career finish a conference championship meet, as she helped Concordia place seventh in the final team standings at the MIAC Meet held at Highland National GC.
Seniors Emily Rugloski and Amelia Landsverk once again led Concordia, but it was the race of sophomore Airial Johnson that stole the show at the Tori Neubauer Invitational hosted by Wis.-La Crosse.
Concordia returned to racing after a 2-week break, and used the sunshine to post a slew of season-best time on their way to a 5th-place team finish.
Senior Emily Rugloski led Concordia at the annual MSU Moorhead Twilight Meet at the Bluestem Amphitheater.
Concordia had three runners finish in the Top 20 at the season-opening St. Ben’s Triangular Meet. Amelia Landsverk, Emily Rugloski and Kiya McLaurin all crossed the line in under 21:20.
