Frolek Leads Cobbers At NCAA Regional Meet

Junior Drew Frolek led Concordia at the season-ending NCAA North Region Meet. Frolek posted the highest region finish in her career and helped the Cobbers place 20th in the final team standings.

A Pack Of Success At MIAC Championship Meet

The Cobbers used a “pack” mentality to post four Top 50 finishes and a fifth who was only eight places out of that group as they posted a seventh-place team finish at the MIAC Championship Meet.

Concordia has had four different runners lead the team in the four different meets in 2023.
Frolek Makes It 4 To Lead Concordia

Drew Froelk became the fourth different Cobber to lead the team at a meet this season when she posted a season-best time at the Tori Neubauer Invite hosted by Wis.-La Crosse.

Rowley Races To Cobber No.1 Spot At Wis.-Eau Claire

It only took freshman Amelia Rowley three meets to step into the role as Concordia’s No.1 runner. Rowley raced to a season-best time of 25:18.80, which helped the Cobbers place 21st at the Wis.-Eau Claire Blugold Invitational.
