Concordia honored its seniors and their families before the annual Cobb Open and then showcased its team talent during the five hours during the meet as they proved why they are one of the favorites  to claim the MIAC Outdoor Championship Meet title next weekend.

Record-Setting Relays Highlight Many Miles Weekend

Concordia traveled to Iowa and Jamestown for their annual 3-meet, many miles weekend. The Cobbers had their distance medley relay and sprint hurdle relay teams break 20-year-old school records at the Drake Relays in Iowa.

The Cobbers went across the Red River and competed at the annual NDSU Spring Classic and turned in several Top 5 finishes at a meet that featured NCAA Division I and II squads.

Senior Kyla Nygaard led a bonanza of impressive finishes for Concordia at the 2-day NDSU Bison Open. Nygaard pulled off the rare event win in the meet that was dominated by NCAA Division I and II athletes. And to make her performance even better, Nygaard broke a school record in the process.

Kelyn Henry-Perlich leads the pack of Cobber runners in the mile at the Cobber Alumni Open. CC had the Top7 finishes in the event.

Concordia went the extra mile in its first meet of 2026. The Cobbers earned four event wins and posted eight Top 3 finishes at the 86th annual Cobber Alumni Open.
