Frolek And Johnson Cap Careers At NCAA Regional Meet

Seniors Drew Frolek and Airial Johnson finished off their Cobber careers at the NCAA Regional Meet. The duo helped Concordia to a 22nd-place team finish and Frolek came away with her best finish at a regional meet.

Experience And Youth Pace Cobbers At MIAC Meet

The Cobbers were led by experience and youth at the MIAC Championship Meet. Senior Drew Frolek and first-year runner Ashley Nelson finished 1-2 for Concordia at the conference meet and helped Concordia claim eighth place in the final team standings in the 12-team field.

First-year runner Ashley Nelson ran a career-best time of 23:56 and led the Cobbers at the UW-La Crosse Tori Neubauer Invite.
Cobbers Gain Momentum In Final Regular Season Race

Competing in their final race before the MIAC Championship Meet, the Cobbers rode the momentum from their outstanding performance at the last meet and had seven runners post a season or personal-best mark at the Tori Neubauer Invitational hosted by Wis.-La Crosse. 

First-year runner Kelyn Henry-Perlich was one of nine Cobber athletes to post season-best times at the Jamestown Invite.
Cobbers Break Out The PRs At Jamestown Invite

Concordia had a strong showing at the University of Jamestown Jimmie Invite as all nine of the Cobbers' runners either got a season or personal best.

Senior Drew Frolek came through with a late-race kick to finish as the top runner for the Cobbers at the St. Olaf Invitational.
