Concordia beat Hamline 74-67 to advance to the MIAC tournament championship game. Sophomore guard Carlee Sieben scored a game-high 18 points and senior Emily Beseman added 15.

Concordia ended the regular season by honoring its three seniors and pulling away from Hamline in an 86-76 win.

Sophomore Symone Beld scored a career-18 points, and had a team-high five boards in the Cobbers' 79-49 win over Carleton.

Classic Comeback Continues Historic Start

Concordia rallied from a 15-point, third quarter deficit and posted a 67-56 win over St. Benedict. The win improves the Cobbers' record to 16-3 which is the best 19-game start to a season since 1988-89.

Make it six of the last seven – and three straight on the road in the conference – for Concordia. The Cobbers used a 17-9 third-quarter advantage to run away from Hamline, and post a 73-59 win in St. Paul. It is the third straight conference road win for Concordia – and sixth win in the last seven games.

Lesson Learned

Concordia took the heartache of the fourth-quarter loss on Saturday, and turned it into a triumph on Wednesday at St. Benedict, as the Cobbers outscored the Bennies 29-18 in the final 10 minutes of play on their way to a 72-61 victory.

The fourth quarter was unkind to Concordia in its first home game of 2023. The Cobber led St. Catherine 40-39 heading into the final 10-minutes of play, but then shot 15.4% from the floor and didn’t make a 3-point field goal in the fourth period and lost 57-44.
