A pair of special-teams goals midway through the second period proved to be the difference as Concordia fell 4-0 at Bethel on Saturday afternoon.
Concordia battled hard but fell in overtime to Bethel Royals women's ice hockey on Friday night.
Concordia hosted its annual Senior Celebration Day and lost to No.6-ranked Hamline. Taylyn Cope scored the lone goal for the Cobbers.
Concordia never trailed in its series opener with No.6-ranked Hamline until the final shot of the game. The Cobbers played one of the best games of their season and were either leading or tied with the league-leading Pipers for 60:56 but unfortunately a goal in the first minute of overtime sent CC to a 4-3 loss.
The Concordia-Moorhead women’s hockey team earned a hard-fought 4–2 home victory over St. Catherine on Saturday, using late-game execution to secure the win.
It was a game of 3-goal streaks for Concordia and St. Catherine in the series opener on Friday. Unfortunately for the Cobbers, it was the Wildcats who came up with the final 3-goal binge and came away with a 6-3 victory.
It was a give-and-take affair between the Cobbers and St. Olaf in the series finale on Saturday. Unfortunately for Concordia, it finished in the give category as the Oles took the 5-4 win in overtime.
Concordia-Moorhead and St. Olaf skated through 60 minutes of scoreless hockey before the Oles netted the lone goal early in the third period, handing the Cobbers a 1–0 setback Friday afternoon.

MOORHEAD, Minn. (1/16/26) — Concordia-Moorhead used a strong third period to earn a 5–3 victory over St. Scholastica on Saturday, improving to 6-8-0 overall and 3-4-0 in MIAC play.
Concordia scored three goals in the final 25 minutes of play to break open a 1-1 tie, claim a 4-2 victory at Wis.-Superior and earn a 3-game sweep over the Yellowjackets for the season. .
Concordia was given a tough task to open the 2026 calendar year as they squared off against No.1-ranked Wis.-River Falls on the road. The Cobbers kept the game close for the first 35 minutes but then gave up three of the final four goals and lost 5-2.
A fast start, special teams success, and a strong performance in net powered Concordia to a 4–1 victory over Wisconsin–Superior, as the Cobbers built an early lead and never relinquished control.
The Cobbers used a tough defense, the stellar play of first-year netminder Abby Huselid and timely scoring to come away with a 2-1 win at St. Mary's and gain a split in the 2-game series.
The series opener between Concordia and St. Mary’s was about as close as a game could be. The score was tried after the first period and then again after the second period and both teams finished with 25 shots on goal.
Concordia was rewarded for its win against No.7-ranked Gustavus by sweeping the MIAC Player of the Week honors. Forward Anna Nelson was named the MIAC Offensive Player of the Week and goalie Abby Huselid earned MIAC Defensive Player of the Week honors.
Concordia had the score line reversed in its series finale with No.7-ranked Gustavus. On Friday, the Cobbers posted a 3-2 win over the Gusties but on Saturday the tables were turned and Concordia the 1-goal decision.
First-year goalie Abby Huselid stopped 50 shots to help Concordia beat Gustavus 3-2. It was the first win for the Cobbers over the Gusties since 2016.
Concordia gave up a goal in all three periods against No.3-ranked Augsburg and lost 5-0 in the series finale between the two teams.
